Superior Futura Hard Anodised Hard Anodising was first developed by Russian scientists to produce a metal surface tough enough for space travel. The same technology is used by Futura to make Hard Anodised Cookware. The Hard Anodised surface is harder than steel with wonderful properties for cooking.	4.06 mm extra thick heavy gauge The 4.06 mm extra thick base and sides of the Deep-Fry Pan spreads heat evenly and retains heat well.
